About Our Products
Does the product come with instructions for use?
No. Our products are sold for research use only. Experimental design, reconstitution methods, and application parameters are determined independently by the researcher based on their study design.
What is the exact amount of peptide in each vial?
The mg value listed is the nominal target for the batch. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are generated from representative samples within each production lot and reflect the analytical results for that lot. Minor vial-to-vial variation is normal for any batch-produced research material. Lot-specific COAs are available on request — email lance@lonestarpeptides.org with your order number.
What purity can I expect?
All peptides are ≥98% pure by HPLC, backed by third-party testing. Purity data is included on each lot’s Certificate of Analysis.
Are additional supplies needed?
All peptides are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) solids. Reconstitution is not performed prior to shipment. Bacteriostatic water, syringes, and alcohol pads are not included unless the product is specifically sold as a kit. Kits are listed under our Kits category.
Are your products FDA-approved?
No. The products we sell are research chemicals and are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. See our Research Use Only Agreement.
Ordering & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders after 12 PM CST, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
How much is shipping?
$7 within Texas. $12 anywhere else in the contiguous U.S. Both via UPS 2-Day. Orders over $200 ship free. Add $35 for ICE (insulated cold pack) if you want temperature-controlled shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking number as soon as your shipment is picked up.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Can I return an item?
No. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns on shipped products.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage and email lance@lonestarpeptides.org within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. Approved claims are replaced at our expense. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Research & Usage
Who can buy from Lonestar Peptides?
Adults aged 21+ who are qualified researchers or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and who agree to our Research Use Only Agreement.
Can I use these products on myself?
No. Our products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Administration to humans or animals is prohibited under our Terms.
Do you provide dosing guidance for human use?
No. All dosing information on product pages is framed as “research-reference” — referencing published preclinical or clinical research protocols — and is not a dosing recommendation for human use.
