1. No Returns on Shipped Research Products
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, we do not accept returns on shipped products. Once a package has left our facility, the product is considered sold and non-returnable. This protects the integrity of our supply chain and ensures that every vial reaching a researcher has a known chain of custody.
2. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged (broken vial, leaking packaging, crushed box, etc.) or the product is defective upon receipt, we will replace the affected item at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
- Photograph the damage (packaging, product, shipping label) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email lance@lonestarpeptides.org with your order number and the photographs.
- We will review the claim and, if approved, ship a replacement at our expense.
Replacements are issued at our sole discretion. Claims made after 48 hours, or without photographic documentation, may not be honored.
3. Order Cancellations
Because we ship same-day on orders placed before 12 PM CST, order cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, email lance@lonestarpeptides.org as soon as possible with your order number. Once a shipment has been handed to UPS, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery without prior arrangement with us, the order is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
5. Incorrect Items Shipped
If we ship an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the error at no cost to you.
