    1. Carriers and Service

    We ship all orders via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

    2. Shipping Rates

    • Texas: $7.00 flat rate (UPS 2-Day)
    • Outside Texas (contiguous U.S.): $12.00 flat rate (UPS 2-Day)
    • Insulated Cold Pack (ICE): add $35.00 — recommended for temperature-sensitive compounds shipped in warm weather or to warm regions.
    • Orders over $200: ship free (excluding ICE surcharge, which remains $35 when requested).

    3. Processing Time

    Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CST), Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

    4. Delivery Times

    UPS 2-Day service typically delivers within two (2) business days of pickup, though UPS does not guarantee delivery times, and weather, volume, or other factors may cause delays. Lonestar Peptides LLC is not responsible for UPS delivery delays.

    5. Signature Requirements

    Orders over a threshold set by UPS, or at our discretion for high-value shipments, may require an adult signature. Please ensure an adult 21+ is available to sign.

    6. Address Accuracy

    Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

    7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

    If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us at lance@lonestarpeptides.org within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we handle damaged shipments.

    For packages marked “Delivered” by UPS but not received, please contact UPS first to open a carrier investigation, then notify us.

    8. International Shipping

    At this time we ship only within the United States.
