Description
CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin Kit
Classic GH-secretagogue research pairing — a GHRH analog plus a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist. This kit contains 1 × 10 mg CJC-1295 (no DAC) and 1 × 10 mg Ipamorelin vial. For single-vial monographs see CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin.
Mechanism of Action (Research Context)
- CJC-1295 (no DAC) (also called Mod GRF 1-29): modified GHRH(1-29) analog that binds the GHRH receptor to stimulate pulsatile GH release. Short half-life (~30 min) without DAC modification.
- Ipamorelin: selective ghrelin/GH-secretagogue receptor agonist that stimulates GH release without significantly affecting cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH (Raun et al., Eur J Endocrinol, 1998).
- Paired administration is described in research literature as synergistic — GHRH agonism + ghrelin-receptor agonism produce larger GH pulses than either alone.
Compound Properties (per kit)
- CJC-1295 no DAC: 10 mg vial — MW ~3367.9 g/mol; purity ≥98%
- Ipamorelin: 10 mg vial — CAS 170851-70-4; MW ~711.9 g/mol; purity ≥98%
Research-Reference Dosing
Preclinical protocols have referenced ~100 mcg of each peptide per administration, 1-3× daily. This kit contains roughly 30+ days of research-reference supply at that cadence.
What the Kit Includes
- Lyophilized peptide vials (see quantities below)
- Syringes (insulin-gauge)
- Alcohol prep pads
- Reconstitution solution
- Mixing syringe

Research Findings
- Ipamorelin preclinical and Phase 1 data: Raun et al. (1998) documented dose-dependent GH release in pigs and humans with favorable selectivity vs. cortisol/prolactin.
- CJC-1295 (no DAC / Mod GRF 1-29) produces short, sharp GH pulses; the DAC-modified version (not in this kit) produces sustained elevation.
- Published human efficacy data for the pairing is limited outside preclinical research.
Known Side Effects
- Flushing, transient tingling, and injection-site reactions described in early human GH-secretagogue trials.
- Long-term safety and effects on glucose homeostasis are not well characterized in published literature.
Storage & Handling
- Unopened lyophilized vials: refrigerate at 2-8 °C; long-term storage at −20 °C recommended. Protect from light.
- After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2-8 °C and use within 14-28 days per standard peptide stability guidance.
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted material.
Shipping
UPS 2-Day shipping: $7 Texas / $12 out of state / $35 for ICE (insulated cold pack).
