What is SLU-PP-332?
SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule (non-peptide) investigational pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptor family (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ). ERRs are orphan nuclear receptors that regulate mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative metabolism, and skeletal muscle energy utilization. SLU-PP-332 is at the preclinical/exploratory stage; no peer-reviewed human clinical trial data is available as of current knowledge.
Mechanism of Action
- Direct agonism of ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ
- Induction of mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative capacity in skeletal muscle (preclinical)
- Increased fatty-acid oxidation; reported “exercise-mimetic” effects in rodent studies

Research-Reference Dosing
All published dosing is from rodent preclinical models. No validated human dose exists.
- Mouse metabolic studies: 10–50 mg/kg intraperitoneal once daily
- No validated human dose has been established in peer-reviewed literature. Human-use protocols circulating online are anecdotal and outside published research.

Known Side Effects Reported in Research
Rodent toxicology has reported no overt adverse findings at researched doses. Human safety data is not available. Because ERRs play roles across multiple tissues (heart, liver, bone), long-term off-target effects remain an open research question.
